Return and Refund Policy

Return window
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at contact@moneyclublegacy.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Change-of-mind returns (you just didn’t like it)

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or simply didn’t like it (i.e., no defect or wrong item received):

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
    The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment using a carrier of their choice.

  • Timeline for refund
    After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For approved warranty/defect or wrong-item cases, we cover the return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
    This means that both the cost of returning the original item and the cost of shipping the new item are paid by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.


European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs under this right of withdrawal.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
